How to achieve this?
Your company will need to adjust its current sales prices by a minimum of 5% for all products, with no exceptions and no limit to the number of units sold by the customer, unless any of them runs out of stock. The mentioned discount will be valid at all times. It is not a seasonal discount.

If your company already has affiliated clients through membership cards or some benefits, we suggest you offer them access to UNIVERSAL REBATE NETWORK® to maintain their loyalty.

Legal entities or companies and natural persons will be provided with a virtual membership card to the system, which will allow them to access the network and obtain the agreed discount on their purchases. This will allow them to shop either in person or virtually. In the latter case, you will agree with the customer on the method and cost of shipping.

The affiliated company will receive its membership card, which must be displayed in a suitable and visible location for customers. This card can be enlarged and printed in an appropriate size for your available space, while maintaining its design and colors.

The business affiliation agreement to the network will initially have a promotional cost of only one thousand dollars (U.S.D 1,000) for the first two years (2) and for each point of sale. Invite your main suppliers to join this network, which will make your affiliation cost practically free.

You will not need to reprice your current inventory. Simply apply the discounts at the checkout.

Affiliation Agreement

I,_________________________________________ agree to participate as an affiliate of UNIVERSAL REBATE NETWORK® under the following conditions:

1-) We commit to discounting 5% (five percent) from the current sale price of each and every product, including those that we will incorporate in the future.

2-) If a customer does not receive this benefit on a purchase, THE AFFILIATED COMPANY will address the complaint without involving UNIVERSAL REBATE NETWORK®. If the case is recurrent, the company may be sanctioned with removal from the network.

3-) This 5% discount will be continuous over time and will not be considered a seasonal discount.

4-) For the above, we will require buyers to present their valid membership card, either in person or virtually. We will not limit the number of units sold per customer except for product stockouts.

5-) For membership renewals, reminder emails will be sent within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date.

6-) Failure to renew the affiliation agreement on time will result in the company’s removal from the UNIVERSAL REBATE NETWORK® system and our virtual networks.

7-) At all times, we will require buyers to present their valid membership card, as this condition generates the income that allows us to maintain the network and cover other related costs.

😎 The affiliate will allow UNIVERSAL REBATE NETWORK® to establish control and verification mechanisms regarding point (06). If it is found that the affiliated company is selling products with a 5% discount to non-affiliated persons or companies, the company will be removed from the system for six (06) months. As a penalty, reintegration will cost 5,000 dollars (U.S.D 5,000) for the next two (02) years.

9-) In case of voluntary or mandatory removal from the network, we commit to immediately remove the membership card from our sales or service points. Otherwise, the company would be subject to a claim of UNAUTHORIZED USE OF TRADEMARK, and we would take the necessary legal actions accordingly.

10-) The cost of this affiliation agreement for the first twenty-four months (24) is one thousand dollars (U.S.D 1000) per point of sale.

11-) The company authorizes UNIVERSAL REBATE NETWORK® to use its image or logo on the list of affiliates in the network.
